Private Label Handbag Project Brief

1. Select a handbag reference or submit your own design

Start with a documented reference from the handbag sample collection, a physical sample, reference image, sketch or technical pack. Record the intended customer, retail channel, target market and product use.

2. Define the commercial starting point

• Target quantity and colour split.
• Target price range and delivery country.
• Required delivery timing.
• Whether an approval sample is required before bulk production.

The current starting point is 100 pieces per colour and 200 pieces per order. Final MOQ and timing depend on the approved material, construction, hardware, branding and packaging.

3. Confirm the product specification

Record the target dimensions, opening, compartments, pockets, handle drop, shoulder strap, lining, closure, base construction and other functional requirements. Measurements and construction should be approved against the actual sample rather than inferred from a catalogue image.

4. Confirm material, colour and branding

Specify the material direction, colour references, logo artwork, logo placement and preferred method. Embossing, metal logos, print and woven labels depend on the confirmed material surface and sample result. Material or environmental claims should only be used when a current document supports the relevant project scope.

5. Record quality and packing checkpoints

Use the quality-control process to define checks for dimensions, panel alignment, stitching, handle attachment, zippers, hardware, lining, logo placement and packing. Confirm dust bags, hangtags, barcodes, boxes, polybags, carton marks and shipment requirements before production.

6. Send one structured handbag brief

Review the OEM and ODM workflow, then submit the handbag project brief. Include a Zise sample reference such as `ZS-9227`, `ZS-9228` or `ZS-9229` when applicable.
