What to include in the first brief

OEM workflow

1. Brief review: confirm feasibility, missing specifications and quotation assumptions.
2. Sample development: align materials, construction, branding and packaging before approval.
3. Bulk confirmation: confirm quantity, colour split, approved sample and production timing.
4. Production and quality control: compare material, dimensions, stitching, hardware, logo and packing with the approved requirements.
5. Shipment handover: confirm packing, inspection scope and export documentation required for the order.

ODM support

For buyers without a complete technical pack, an ODM review can begin from a target customer, price level, reference style and material direction. Design availability, sample timing and intellectual-property boundaries are confirmed for the specific project rather than promised as a standard package.

MOQ and timing

Standard custom and own-label orders start at 100 pieces per style and color, with no additional total-order minimum. Available unbranded ready-stock bags have no minimum quantity; confirm stock and specification before ordering.

Evidence and quality review

Buyers can review the factory workflow, quality-control process and available credential information. Product, material or market-specific certificates are only stated when a current document is available for the relevant scope.

Sample development and payment

The sample-development reference is USD 80-100 for one complete sample, an unbranded dust bag and a plastic bag. This reference applies across PU, PVC, genuine leather and other material directions for various structures, subject to the confirmed project specification. Shipping is quoted separately. Custom tooling and metal-logo moulds are reviewed separately, not automatically included. Confirm the final scope and price before payment.

When the bulk order reaches 500 pieces with the same specification as the sample, the full sample-development fee is deducted. Sample shipping and tooling or metal-logo mould fees are not deducted.

Sampling is estimated at 7-10 calendar days after the development fee is received and the material, drawings, dimensions and logo are confirmed in writing. Special hardware sourcing is scheduled separately. Production references are 30 calendar days for a first order and 25 calendar days for a repeat order. The production period starts after the sample and bulk specifications are confirmed in writing and the bulk deposit is received. International transport and special materials are scheduled separately.

PayPal commercial invoices, Payoneer and company bank transfers are available. Development follows the confirmed specification; additional requirements are quoted separately.
